Label only orders & small boxes are shipped within 2-3 weeks from your order date. All other bigger items such as but not limited to containers & homewares are shipped via courier. We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we are not liable for loss, damage or late delivery due to the courier service.

In the unlikely event that you have received damaged or faulty product please contact us via email on hello@oliverandtom.com.au as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order / invoice number, description of the item and images of the damaged goods. Once we assess the email, we will provide at the sole digression of Oliver + Tom either refund for the product price (does not include postage) or provide a replacement. All our Oliver + Tom labels are vinyl which makes them durable & long lasting. Labels adhere to most hard flat completely smooth non textured surfaces and work best on glass or plastic.

No, once the labels have been applied to a surface, we do not recommend peeling label off & using it on a new surface.

Ensure the surface you are applying the label to is clean & dry plus free from dust, dirt or oil. Make sure your hands are clean & dry for the label application process. Then simply peel a single label off the label sheet by the corner. Stick to desired location with slow motion starting application with pressure from the middle of the sticker applying it outwards. We are not responsible for any errors while applying the vinyl sticker. Please be patient and take your time applying the label.

The labels once applied are water, oil & soap resistant.Hand wash only do not wash containers in the dishwasher once the labels have been applied. We recommend using a microfiber cloth or soft cloth to wipe over the front of containers on top of the applied vinyl label, do not scrub labels with scourer.

All lids are strictly wipe over do not submerge in water, do not run under running water, do not put in the dishwasher.
