Shipping + Returns

We endeavour to ship twice per week.

All orders are shipped via Sendle courier.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we are not liable for loss, damage or late delivery due to the courier service. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that you have received damaged or faulty product please contact us via email on hello@oliverandtom.com.au as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order / invoice number, description of the item and images of the damaged goods.

Once we assess the email, we will provide at the sole digression of Oliver + Tom either refund for the product price (does not include postage) or provide a replacement. Strictly no replacement or refund for products broken or damaged from wear and tear. Oliver + Tom products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults & defects.

Our products are covered for 7 days from the date of receiving them, provided there is reasonable evidence. Strictly no replacement or refund for products broken or damaged from wear and tear.

We can not ship to a PO BOX only street address please ensure a street address is used or it may cause shipping delays.

DISCLAIMER: Any items purchased as a pre order are subject to arrival date changes without consent or notification. No refunds are applicable for arrival date changes. Any pre order items purchased as part of a sales order with in stock items mean the whole order in its entirety will be shipped all together once the pre order item arrives - no split deliveries.
